Return and Refund Policy

We are confident you will love your hair using Kavella products! If any Kavella products purchased* are not satisfactory to the receiver’s expectations, the receiver may ship the unused portion of the product back to Kavella within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange – when desired and in the appropriate circumstances. If there is defective packaging, such as a pump or sprayer, please contact us within the return timeframe of 30 days for us to provide a replacement.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the party returning, and shipping costs are non-refundable .

* Returns are only accepted for products purchased at kavella.com or purchased through the SHOP app or Google Shopping. For products purchased on Amazon or at a salon, please contact the salon or Amazon directly to follow their individual return policies and procedures.
* Returns and refunds are not accepted for empty bottles. PLEASE NOTE: Our salon sample packs are not refundable.
